Good location. Reasonable price.
Very dated interior and exterior. Needs updating. Bad mould in bathroom.

Fairly clean hotel with caring and dedicated staff and amazing food. Fab location for our visit to Abandoned not too far away from the venue. Found in a very nice area. Flexible check in and late check out. A very very good stay for two nights.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

We were there to attend a family wedding. The bar service was appalling they ran out of glasses after 2 hours in the day and the prices were ridiculous for the type of hotel it was. They charged £1.80 for glasses of coke or lemonade that they poured from bottles that you can buy in supermarkets. In fact the lemonade had on the bottles that you could buy 2 for 90p yet they charged £1.80 for a glass!

This place is amazing and offers excellent service, I had a great time here with its exceptional location near a hill making it even better, the on-site parking was convenient too.

The quality and quantity of food was superb. Reception really helpfully recommended a local pub where we could watch the footy.
There was not anything.

Friendly and helpful staff
Noise transmitted from the room above, due to the thin floor structure. We disturbed by insomniac guests overhead , talking and walking round several times during the night!

When we arrived we were given a room which was supposed to be anExecutive double, down some stairs which turned out to be next to basement kitchen where there was continuous noise and staff throwing bottles into bottle bank outside our room. Very basic room which really was in no way Executive. We complained and Manager gave us a choice of Room 20 - which was equivalent to same room as we had been allocated and Room 30 which was obviously more of an upgrade and should be classed as Executive Double. Very nice looking over front of hotel gardens and we were more happy. Breakfast was served on cold plates, food was cold. We definitely will not be back
